Buy yourself an inflatable inner-tubing (children bicycle or similiar) of proper size (should fit under your equipment).
Inflate it just so much that it can keep your piece of equipment free floating from the surface below, but still remain as soft as possible.
(The softer it is, the lower the cut off frequency of the low-pass filter we are creating)
Put it under your equipment ( cd-player or whatever ) and enjoy the improvement.
