Ekström's Cottages?
Ekström's Cottages are situated in Gottby, south-west on the Åland Islands, about
10 km from Mariehamn. 3 km from the cottages you find a bank and a bus-stop. Unfortunately our super market has closed. So nearest food store you find in Mariehamn.
The surroundings are nice and calm near the woods and the sea.
The cottages have sea-view and they are equipped for all year living.
Electric heating, light, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WC, shower, etc.
A rowing boat belongs to every cottage.
Possibility to: air gun shooting, skeet (for groups, you must
order in advance), we have our own harbour where it´s also possible to launch boats. Oldtime Finnish Smoke-sauna (for groups, order in advance)
The two bigger cottages are well suited for small conference groups.
In cottage 65 there is equipment for conferences. Different kinds of service is available such as fishing charter, catering,
transfer etc.
When high season, a fishing area is included in the rent. We also sell "Hammarudda-kortet" for
bigger fishing areas.

Why the Åland
Islands?
On the Åland Islands you find a lot of nature and culture. You can
visit an old castle, a number of museums, play golf, walk in the woods and make a lot of things. And whatever
you do, you are near the sea, and you can breath the fresh air.
Mariehamn is a nice little town with two harbours, one of each side.
In Mariehamn many events take place, specially in the summer time. Every year you can expect a jazz-
festival, rock music festival, dance music festival, sea days and more.
We like you to come here to
experience the people, our dialect and all small villages.
